Italian guitarist and songwriter from Bologna, active since the early 1990s, known for work with Litfiba and as the longtime guitarist for Luciano Ligabue, alongside a solo career starting with Via Zamboni 59 (1998).

A personal, nocturnal take on Via Zamboni 59: an intimate, guitar-driven debut that soothed sleepless nights with simple, heartfelt lyrics and a Bolognese accent. The reviewer prefers Poggipollini’s Litfiba era, less so his Ligabue work, but finds solace in this album’s acoustic/blues feel.
