Fantasy

English band formed in Kent in 1970. They released the debut album Paint A Picture on Polydor in 1973, were dropped by the label soon after and ceased activity; David Metcalfe provided prominent keyboard work and Paul Lawrence sang lead.

Debut album Paint A Picture released 1973 on Polydor. The band formed in 1970 in Kent, performed under the names Chapel Farm and Firequeen, and was effectively dissolved after their label rejected demos for a second album. Guitarist Bob Vann died at eighteen; the album later received vinyl and CD reissues.
