Enuf was a New Jersey hardcore band whose sole studio release is the 1987 Demo. The band was fronted by Ajay James and included Ari Katz (later of Lifetime).

Demo 1987 is a six-track EP. Ajay James is described in the review as later teaching martial arts, working as a bouncer, serving as a soldier, and appearing in a minor role in Transformers 3. Ari Katz later became a member of Lifetime.
