We are in the future. At the top of iTunes is the new single by Ezio Greggio, "le veline". A team of Oral-b researchers is trying to find the cause of all this. 111 years ago, a certain Rovazzi started the social plague with "Andiamo a Comandare", but there is something even more dangerous that happened just the following year.
A name, Enrico Papi, strikes fear into the hearts of scientists: yes, it's him, that crazy cokehead who hosted Sarabanda! And after that, what did he do..? Well, he enjoyed the money and basically disappeared... until 2015.
A Facebook page brings back the hilarious past of Enrico Papi and memes start to spread everywhere. It's the beginning of the end, just a small taste of the upcoming wave of ignorance over the peninsula. In fact, Magalli already received a similar treatment, as did the Angela family and other well-known figures; but we should NEVER reach the point of no return.
2017.
Your life sucks. You don't have a girlfriend, you have a crappy job, and your social life is seriously at risk of falling apart. But one day you realize it can't go on like this: you pick up the phone and call some old friends for a night out, like in the old days, possibly in a brothel so you might get lucky.
Life magically starts to smile at you again: you quit your lousy job with dreams of California. You go back to the old ways, snatching purses from old ladies with friends on scooters. Then, during the conversations, you come back to the same topics: California, money, chicks, new opportunities.
But you end up on YouTube, maybe looking for a tutorial on how to make a lot of money in a short time, and your eyes notice a trending video... a song...
