Apparently this highly appreciated group has entered the big business badly and with both feet.
The business is exactly the kind they have always opposed. Last night's concert musically made neither pleasure nor displeasure compared to their usual performance, with the addition of Bisio with two hours of silly jokes about Pierino. One makes you laugh, two are an intellectual touch, three are a pain in the ass. Luckily there's Mangoni!
Aside from this, our beloved group took 25 euros each from us in this way: they entrusted the presale to box office which only sold the side seats at 25 euros a pop. And up to this point, everything was normal, even though for them, let's face it, it's a bit above average to pay 25 euros. And well, we said to ourselves, let's indulge in this luxury. The central seats were usually only available for sale on site (Mantova) and we had the chance to see that most of the people were gatecrashers, for instance, a group of 5 people in front of us at the entrance where one was "press" and the others were tagging along, go figure. But up to this point, still normal concert things.
So, tickets from box office were sold to us suckers, and the central rows were EMPTY. However, since the group and Bisio last night were also getting money from the sponsor 89.24.24, which they bombarded us with jokes and gags throughout the show (3 GAGS AND ONE LONG ONE, SPECIFICALLY MADE FOR THE SPONSOR, SHAMEFUL!!!!!!), as well as with omnipresent banners, from Agos who filled us with paper and souvenir keychains themed 'ask for a loan' (just in case one wanted a peaceful evening forgetting the crappy life they have) and lastly from Sky that without my consent and without us knowing recorded the whole evening and apparently will broadcast it for a fee on PrimaFila...
So, in all this, the organization of Elio e Le Storie Tese and Bisio trailing along, also had the bright idea not only to set the tickets at 25 euros but also to fill the central seats by moving people down from the bleachers!!! Most of whom were? "Press service" including the 5 met at the entrance, gatecrashers for FREE and 15-euro tickets. And we, among the poor suckers who paid, were at the back, half crooked for two hours watching the 89.24.24 ads.
We naive old fans believed we were buying a luxury and we ended up exactly like in the finale of "Servi della gleba" style. If you want some advice, don't go, keep the good memories.
If you really want to go, buy the 15-17.50 tickets and when it starts, move to the unsold 35-euro seats, since we saw that almost no one pays 35 for them.
