7 Screaming Diz-Busters The best track from the best album by Ostrica Blu (or at least, if you asked me to choose one of their albums, I would pick this one). Tyranny is an album where everyone is very inspired, from the lyricists (including Patti) to the band as musicians and songwriters (the rhythmic brothers in great shape). While I maintain that for me, they have never created a Masterpiece that makes you go "ohmygoshincredible, I can never be without it again," this is truly an excellent album from start to finish.

The Unconscious Life 25 songs by Hammill that aren’t always the usual classics, to rediscover scattered gems in an infinite discography (and indeed, with all his songs one could repave the Grande Raccordo Anulare) (10/25)

Blue Oyster Cult: Transmaniacon MC They are always a nice feeling, I find them, let’s say, reassuring.

Famous Last Words 25 songs by Hammill that are not the usual classics, to rediscover scattered gems in an infinite discography (and indeed, with all his songs one could repave the Grande Raccordo Anulare) (9/25) Pasquale Edition (even though my name is not Pasquale - quote)

Angelo Branduardi - Gli alberi sono alti And here we are @[luludia] we teamed up. Well, we could make a two-week list just with the versions of this traditional song.

Lars Von Trier's The Kingdom (Riget intro) Now, me and the old crazy Danimarko don't get along at all, but is it my fault or is this series (then turned into a gigafilm) really just a crazy piece of trash? Who knows.

Peter Hammill - His Best Girl 1992 25 songs by Hammill that are not the usual classics, to rediscover scattered gems in an endless discography (and indeed, with all his songs one could resurface the Great Ring Road).

Wendell Gee (Remastered) Sweet melodies.

BABY DRIVER - 6-Minute Opening Clip Wright's first Hollywood film is, in the end, the one I liked the "least"... Hahahahaha, it's just a figure of speech. The editing and the soundtrack are top-notch, and they enhance each other. No, seriously, the audio editing and the choice of songs are masterpiece material. Aside from that, it’s a grand, luxurious film, well done everyone. Above all, great job to Wright and kudos to Amos and Machliss, the editors.

Penny, Things Won't From the second album and first EP, a lot of good stuff.

Game Theory- The Letter Dead Center Two of the "hidden" tracks from the milleriano treasure trove, found together only on the '93 compilation "Distortion of Glory". "The Letter" is a great cover of the Box Tops, the band where Alex Chilton was a member (a deliberate choice, considering he's one of Miller's "fathers"), while the title track is truly a bombshell piece with all the pop-rock/power pop fantasy of Game Theory, featuring a long keyboard intro that’s super cool electro-pop and that explosive, irresistible "power-new wave" rhythm (because why not) that follows.

Radio Free Europe (Live) @[imasoulman] was mentioned the other day regarding possible points of contact.

Sleeping Through Heaven One of the bands of my life and one of the most recently discovered. Miller a genius of "pop" with too many ideas all at once in songs to truly hope to climb the charts of the '80s (which, back then, could host other geniuses like Gabriel or Bush, funny enough in their more "smooth" versions) even if, in a fairer world...

Robbie Basho - Voice of the Eagle @[asterics] I return the favor with this one from this guy.

Space Child (2007 Remaster) Nice one, Michè, come on.

Gardening At Night From their beautiful debut EP, one of the first masterpieces signed faserrèm (quote). @[imasoulman] and here, in an album that is even more wave than it is jangle (while I see Mormorio the other way around), in this splendid melody on tiptoe, which is 100% remmiana and there's no doubt about it, should we glimpse some commonality, born from "common ancestors" and from a melodic taste not so dissimilar at certain moments, with the most delicate moments of Game Theory (who, however, managed to be more ethereal and whispering than R.E.M. even).
