Icicle Works - As the Dragonfly Flies
A must-have album for indie lovers. It’s not just indie here. There are many psych, beat, and punkwave hints. I believe the drummer is one of the coolest of the era. After their debut, they kind of flattened out a bit, but that Hollow Horse in the next album is another gem.
