The Beatles deserve a lot of respect! The only problem is their fans, not all of them, but some are among the most obtuse and musically ignorant out there, convinced that the Beatles invented rock, pop, psychedelia, progressive, new wave, punk, grunge, reggae, metal, and lemon shaved ice.
