Lupin, pop music stands behind heavy metal in terms of sales volume, just look at how many bands exist across the various billions of subgenres it has. Let’s say that if we combine all the commercial pop, R&B, and hip-hop garbage, then maybe heavy metal could "perhaps" take second place, but it can certainly never be said to be music of the elite or niche.

The best tracks are "Sorceress" and the title track... when Di Meola starts playing his hyper-fast flashy solos, it becomes a bit hard to digest for me. Overall, though, it's a great album.

Between "Dark Side," "Wish You Were Here," and "The Wall," the worst for me is "Wish." However, none of the three, in my opinion, reaches the heights of "Atom Heart Mother," "The Piper at the Gates of Dawn," or "A Saucerful of Secrets."
