I definitely prefer the early part of Porcupine's career. Here on drums was still Chris Maitland, who had a bit of expressiveness in his touch, then in the next album they got Baglioni's drummer...

"Giving a five to 'A Kind of Magic' means one, not understanding a thing about music, and two, not knowing the HISTORY of music............." wait a moment, I mean, putting aside for a second the absolute arrogance of this statement, objectively this album has ridiculous tracks when compared even just to those of "Sheer Heart Attack" or "Queen II"; I’ll lower myself to the same level as the author of that phrase and can therefore calmly affirm that someone who gives a 5 to "A Kind of Magic" literally knows nothing about the history of music. Personally, I give it a 2 just for 2-3 tracks that are barely decent, but the rest is truly pitiful.

Watched it on Friday, really a great movie. The dialogues (in several languages) are fantastic, the characterization of the characters (Aldo Raine, the "Jew Hunter" Landa...), the plot twists, the soundtrack is absolutely mind-blowing in how it’s used... Tarantino has made 5 films (+ "Death Proof" and the episode of "Four Rooms"), so far he hasn’t missed a beat in my opinion: genius.

I'm sorry that the government taxes tips; it's bullshit, but it's not my fault! I know that waitresses belong to one of those categories that always get screwed by the government, and if there were a petition against the taxation of tips, I would sign it. If there were a vote, I would vote, but I don't want to go with the flow! As for the bullshit about the girls who don't have degrees, they should learn to type, because if they expect me to pay their rent, they can think again!
