Hahaha Markes, am I an idiot for not appreciating this masterpiece of an album? Maybe, as you say, I don't know enough about music, please give me some lessons... ;-D

For me, in a review, the content is important too, so if I don't agree with it, I don’t see why I should give a higher score... Gallagher, you want a 3? Fine, here you go. Happy?

I couldn't care less if they're hyper-famous or a mass phenomenon; I'm not criticizing this about Linkin Pork. The fact is that anyone with a minimal musical knowledge only needs a few minutes of listening to understand that it’s poor quality, pre-packaged music, lacking creativity, aimed at very young audiences. The review could get a 3, but I lower it because you can't give 5 stars to this album even if you’re a hardcore fan.

Bisius, I forgive you because you’re 15 and you probably haven’t yet grasped the importance of the Stones; but you will understand in time, because this album may not live up to the legendary "Exile on Main St.", but it contains one of the cornerstones of the '70s: "It's only Rock 'n' Roll (But I like it)."
Threshold Critical Mass

Great album, even though I don't think it deserves a 5, as it is quite loaded with clichés of the prog-metal genre; however, everything is executed with class and passion...an example of this is the stunning "Falling Away," but also "Fragmentation" (the bass intro is overwhelming) and "Echoes of Life" (at times pinkfloydian) present remarkable moments. The positive aspects are the superb sound quality and the great instrumental and compositional ability; the negative ones concern their somewhat predictable use of certain stylistic elements (which can still be enjoyable) that make their ambitious proposal less personal.
Whitesnake Whitesnake 1987
Voto:
The hard rock of the big-haired 80s and 90s has, in my opinion, five milestones that overshadow the rest: 1. 1987 by Whitesnake, 2. "Out of this World" by Europe, 3. "Lean into It" by Mr. Big, 4. "Appetite for Destruction" by Guns, 5. "The Great Radio Controversy" by Tesla. Special mention goes to Steelheart, Badlands, T.N.T., Mötley Crüe, Skid Row, and Extreme. On this album plays my favorite drummer: Aynsley Dunbar! And John Sykes (what a guitarist!!).

Have you heard Homerun, which is the least hard rock album... listen to the first three albums ("Gotthard," "G.," and "Dial Hard") and I bet you will change your mind... there are also some samples on their official website.
