To help you understand my position, if I had to give a grade to the Prodi government so far, I would definitely give it a 4, as I disagree with both the choice of ministers, the lack of women in the government, and the amnesty law that has released several criminals, not to mention the reintroduction of tickets in the budget, and I could go on... but that doesn't mean there is anything good on the other side, quite the opposite...

I repeat that I am against the pardon in the way it has been approved, and this is the same line of thinking as the party I voted for (PdCi). Diliberto actually abstained; which party did you vote for? At this point, I assume it was AN, right?

The Biagi law also introduced 43 new forms of contracts (project-based and similar) with reduced contributions; if this isn’t incentivizing precariousness, then I wonder what is. More could have been done regarding the inheritance tax in the financial bill, although the taxes on land register fees are still commendable...

There is simply no comparison between the criticisms you're making and the ones I'm pointing out to you, do you realize that or not? I'm talking to you about proven mafia ties of the founder of Forza Italia and you're coming back to talk about Bertinotti's thermal treatments?

As far as the mafia is concerned, just mentioning Dell'Utri is enough to put every controversy to rest: a man who attended various weddings and birthdays of different members of the Sicilian mafia, and under interrogation claimed he was forced to go, when it has instead been proven that he traveled to London with a tuxedo in his suitcase to attend a mafia boss's birthday.

I am also opposed to a large part of the mess that Mr. Prodi is creating, especially the amnesty, but I do not forget what the previous government did.

The greatest conflict of interest in the history of the West has been that of the richest man in Italy, owner of three national television networks, who during his five years in government multiplied Mediaset's revenues tenfold through laws like the Gasparri, etc... so don't look at the splinter in someone else's eye if you don't see the beam in your own.

The same amnesty that Berlusconi benefitted from after having lied in May '90 at a trial in front of the Verona court.

6) Cirami law on legitimate suspicion;
7) Schifani decree on the suspension of trials for high state officials;
8) debt restructuring decree;
9) save Rete 4 decree;
10) Gasparri law on television;
11) Forattini law on conflicts of interest;
12) social security that favors the insurance system;
13) new rules on digital terrestrial with state incentives on the decoders he himself sells;
14) Cirielli law that shortens the prescription terms for his crimes and those of his friends;
15) non-appealability of sentences by the public prosecutor (which, among other things, will trigger the Supreme Court).
