In the stoner scene, I prefer the more psychedelic and desert-like sounds of "Colour Haze," but these Swedes don't seem too bad either...
V. Evangelisti G. Genna Wu Ming 1 Il Caso Battisti
Voto:
If, as the sentence says, Battisti actually participated in the murder of 4 people and was sentenced to life imprisonment for this, there are no solidarity committees organized by renowned cultural figures that can hold; he must go to jail, period. It's one thing to assert that the informant who accused him made everything up to gain sentence reductions (and here one should read all the court documents to get an idea...), but it's another thing to say he shouldn't go to prison because he's an intellectual who has written several books, that he doesn't deserve such a punishment, that they're putting him away only because of ideological adversities... all nonsense. Did he kill? Jail. Didn't he kill? Free. The chatter means nothing. The judicial system in Italy is the most protective in the world, and if it carries on a proceeding, there are valid reasons, barring rare cases like that of Enzo Tortora, which Bruno Vespa insists on seeing as the rule rather than the exception (just to delegitimize the work of judges which always pleases his master Silvio).

Oh my! This record is pure noise... I can't rate it because I simply can't listen to 80% of it. Who knows, maybe one day I will appreciate this kind of work, but for now, I struggle. Rationally, I recognize a great deal of experimentation, but appreciating the final result is a whole different story. Great review.

Immense masterpiece. @Hymnen: inhuman effort?? Were you on the toilet while listening to it? XD Jokes aside, it doesn’t seem that difficult to me. In fact, I personally consider it a good gateway for those who want to get closer to certain sounds...

5 stars? Absolutely not... this is a completely mediocre album, how it can be labeled as "alternative rock" or "indie" is a mystery... bah...

I'm going to see "At the Soundawn," a band from Modena that draws a lot of inspiration from Red Sparowes, Isis, Neurosis, and Pelican. I can't wait!

It's the same confusion that Fassino had in his head when he said: "we own a bank, or rather you own a bank." He didn't quite understand where the DS ended and UNIPOL began, and yet one is a party and the other is an insurance company. Can you imagine that? "This morning I told Consorte: give me a membership card - from the DS - because I can't take it anymore!" Latorre: "But you've become a dangerous subversive." Ricucci: "Yeah, right!" Latorre: "A dangerous red subversive, moreover!" Ricucci: "I even have the sticker this morning: I got everything from UNIPOL, I put everything in order, we did all the operations with UNIPOL, so... I can't tell you anything, okay..." As if to say, "now you owe me eternal gratitude." Latorre: "Yes, yes, yes... we can't... we need to talk a bit." These are the phone calls that give a sense of how our politics has deteriorated, how it is subservient to finance, how they are led by the leash by financiers, even shabby ones like those we’ve seen at work, without the slightest autonomy. Then they talk about political autonomy, the primacy of politics. What primacy? Here, the scripts are written by Consorte and Ricucci, and at most the music is written by D'Alema, Fassino, and Latorre. Legally speaking, we practically can't discuss these matters because the Senate continues not to respond to the Milan Prosecutor's Office, which wants to use the phone calls to assess whether Latorre has participated in the market manipulation alleged against Consorte, and recently the European Parliament said no to the Milan Prosecutor's request to use the phone calls to see if there was D'Alema's involvement in the market manipulation crime ascribed to Consorte. But from a political standpoint, these issues should be evaluated, and we should also consider that "no" from the European Parliament. The European Parliament was misled by the legal committee chaired by Peppino Gargani of Forza Italia, as it replied, stating: "but there is no longer authorization to proceed against parliamentarians, why are you asking for authorization to use the phone calls? Go ahead and use them, parliamentarians can be prosecuted in Italy since 1993." It is evident that someone has misrepresented this matter to the European parliamentarians, leading them astray. And who could have misled them, since the committee chair is from Forza Italia and everyone voted, Forza Italia, DS, Margherita, Lega Nord, UDC, in favor of D'Alema. Even Bonsignore; after all, we've seen the relationships that existed with political support at the side. No one had the courage to explain to the European parliamentarians that the Brussels Chamber was not called to give authorization to proceed against D'Alema, but for the use of the phone calls. Italy is such a tragicomic country that it has a law, the Boato law, created by both the left and the right together, which states that if a magistrate intercepts a criminal in conversation with a parliamentarian, to use the phone calls against the parliamentarian, even if the intercepted person was the criminal, permission must be requested from Parliament. Since D'Alema was at the European Parliament, they asked him, and he replied: "but we are not called to give authorization to proceed." Oh no! You are called to authorize the use of the phone calls. The fact is that they answered the question “what time is it?” with “Thursday”. With the response “Thursday,” the magistrates who want to know what time it is cannot find out, meaning they won’t be able to use these phone calls. The fact that, in bad faith, Italian parliamentarians from both the center right and the center left have misled the entire Parliament gives an idea of how badly off we are and especially how much better off we would be if at least those people who have been known for three years for their financial entanglements had been sent home. Instead, if all goes well, Veltroni loses the European elections and D'Alema and Latorre will take over the PD.
