Linkin Park Hybrid Theory

Hello Larrok... the first thing I want to tell you is that you are right!!! You are right to compare these "artists," supermarket artists, people who want to sell and oversell, people who are not masters but slaves to money. The latest piece of the puzzle confirms this, a "hybrid" puzzle just like their career... this last piece of the puzzle is called "Minutes To Midnight," and it reveals what the painting meant... we are faced with a group of 6 people perfectly manipulated by the monster named 'Warner Bros'... it’s a puzzle crafted as a work of art, a perfect and immediate illusion for millions and millions of fans, but allow me a consideration... the first part of this puzzle was 'crafted' as a work of art, it was tested and retested so that it couldn't have weak points... well, yes, I admit that the first part of this construction, namely Hybrid Theory, in my opinion has no weak points; it is a perfect illusion that over time will give way to the horror of "Minutes To Midnight." Linkin Park have taken off the mask, they are the band that you've long labeled as "commercial," they are a group of people who have lost their ideas to make room for their wallet, but the first part of their career remains and will remain, in my view, simply thrilling; the rest of the story we already know... thanks for your contributions...

Applause-worthy comment... as for the rest, comparing "One Step Closer" to a thrash piece was meant to be provocative... I listen to thrash too, but that song has little to do with it... anyway, I generally agree with you, except that I consider this CD a 5/5, because in its genre it is... "unique"! Bye, until next time!

Months later, I reevaluate my opinion on Echo Park; even though it doesn't change the average, I vote again and give it 4... "Oxygen" is stunning... just like "Satellite News"...

Nice review, you convinced me to download!

The review holds up, but in my opinion, "Leave A Whisper" is the best Shinedown CD simply because it's the purest.

"I'm not going to sit here and listen to people say that Metallica in '83 were important, among suckers who find this crap valid..." how do you respect freedom of thought, Peach! No dear "Wish," I will contradict you and waste time with such an idiot as you say... so sucker Peach, go tell that to your brother (if you have one, I would have killed myself)... that said, since I've figured out that you're a few years older than me (but I don't see a difference in maturity), you should understand that "Kill 'Em All" is not just a metal album, it is THE metal album... not to mention the rest of the careers of the four horsemen. The problem is that for people like you, if a band breaks through and sells, they simply don't make music that deserves importance... and then to say that Crazytown topped the charts!? They did it with just one single (Butterfly, which is probably the only song of theirs you know), and for the rest only bittersweet results despite the decent subsequent album "Darkhorse." I have no doubt there was help from the label, but before you speak, listen... without babbling like a damned fool as you have been doing for several days... regards to everyone.

I believe that "Awake," as much as it may remind one of "Alice" (but not only), is a respectable album. Perhaps 2-3 tracks are too similar to each other (Awake and Greed, for example), but the album is cleverly balanced without overdoing it, much like their entire career, as you rightly pointed out, maybe using different terms.

...I bet you don't even know who Crazytown are, you've just read that I wrote the review... ah! Now go read it! That way you can at least say that you know them and know something, so you can throw in some nonsense about them too! Then what does my introduction have to do with it... and I should mature!? You call wish a fool for no reason at all, expressing your opinions (opinions!?) in an anti-democratic way and judging an album without even having listened to it!!!! well, what a waste of time... keep playing the teacher, bye...
