Page will be better than Gilmour in some guitar aspects, just as Gilmour is in others. I prefer the atmospheres that Gilmour can create, and undoubtedly the solos as well.

I'm sorry, but amidst all this reasoning, I got lost. According to pretazzo's latest post, I don't agree, or rather, if you are skilled, you can create any genre with any instrument, and when genres or instruments start to mix, everything becomes uncategorizable. Or categorizable as "zappiano" :-)

But no matter how bad today's radio may be, there are some things that if they come on, you leave them on without switching them off, as Tancredi said. But I'm sorry to tell you, this is exactly the classic little tune that makes you want to pull the plug!

ARNOLD LAYNE will be released as a single
...under the name David Gilmour & Richard Wright

That's right... on Christmas Day, it will be possible to 'download' from David Gilmour's website for a limited time the three songs that will make up the single: Arnold Layne (in the versions sung by David Bowie and Richard Wright recorded during the three concluding nights at the Royal Albert Hall) and Dark Globe recorded during one of the summer nights of the tour.

From December 26th, the actual CD will be available in stores... towards the end of January 2007, it will be possible (in very limited quantities!) to purchase the single on 7" vinyl.
