This was a serious debaserian gap, the namesake album of one of our greatest local artists. A brief review, but it really captures the essence of the album. The expression "meta-analytical listening, in favor of a non-spatial a-temporality" should belong to Battiato himself, if I remember correctly. The collage in "Cafè Table Musik," the result of the many explorations of those years, is truly special, and I agree with the reviewer. This 1976 album marks Battiato's transition from the experimental label Bla..Bla to the larger Ricordi, but the content remains unaffected. A challenging listen. Well done marcoraganato!
