Antonius Rex Switch On Dark
Voto:
Beautifully written, but I’m giving you a 4 for the sentence about Hendrix. Lately, this album has been gaining a certain visibility; I’ve always heard of Antonius Rex (as well as Jacula)... does it somehow remind you of Il Segno del comando? Anyway, congratulations on the review, you sparked an immense curiosity in me. And may the Black Widow always be praised ;-)
Fates Warning Parallels

Congratulations on the review, truly heartfelt and sincere. The discography of Fates Warning is immense and filled with incredible albums; everyone can find their favorites... for me, they reach the top with Parallels, A Pleasant Shade of Grey, and Disconnected.

Mr. Disco, Mr. Band, great review. Forget about Dream Theater...
Arcturus Sideshow Symphonies
Voto:
It may not be a masterpiece like the masquerade infernale or the shame mirrors, but it certainly surpasses half of the metal releases from last year. The mixing doesn't seem that bad to me; after all, I read interviews where Hellhammer mentioned that there were quite a few problems in recording this album, like having to re-record everything, etc. Anyway, the fact remains that it's a nice CD, different from the others and with a greater presence of guitars. Plus, not everything that Arcturus does has to be "revolutionary"! (read the phrase "one of the best 'meetings' between avant-garde and prog-metal"); in my opinion, this is a very original record, with personal touches, played divinely and with great taste.

I don't agree with your views on Cult Of Luna and the latest Isis, which is actually a really great album. However, it cannot be denied that the review is very well written.
Jerry Cantrell Boggy Depot
Voto:
I’ve been listening to it these days; a great album that reaches its peak, especially in the ballads. I didn’t know about all these names who participated in the album, but Jerry Cantrell is not just any fool who happens by. Unique style, very bluesy and hard rock.
Steve Reich Music for 18 Musicians
Voto:
I agree with Stoopid, if the music contained in Music for 18 has no soul then... it’s a different kind of minimalism. In fact, sometimes it makes me forget the label "minimalism" because of how perfectly it is constructed, almost in a choral manner by all the instruments.
Black Dice Broken Ear Record

Different from that of my bloody valentine, but equally interesting.

To talk about metaphysics, divinity, mystical contemplation, etc., one must first start from the human, from the reality that surrounds us....kudos to the reviewer, nothing more to say.
Mike Patton Live @ Deposito Giordani, Pordenone 18-11-2006

Yes, but as Patton says, nobody says it... mega envy for those who went to the concert, all my finances have been burned on Tool.
