Manring is a great one, really one of the best bassists. I only have Book of Flame (which has nothing to do with this), but I'm interested in Thonk, so I'll get that. The Attention Deficit album is amazing!

Immense group; not just a mere combination of genres or a hodgepodge of sounds, but songs thoughtfully crafted with maniacal care despite their "lisergicity" (bear with me on the term ;)). This, Jurassic shift, and Strangeitude are the best, for me. The review, as usual, is how it should be ;)

Great album. Echoes of Harmony Corruption and Utopia Banished can be heard in Napalm's more recent productions, like in the latest Smear Campaign. I agree with what sorciopeloso said.

Always a step ahead of the others, the DEP; I haven't listened to the CD yet (I want to wait for its release), but I'm not surprised that it sounds different from everything they've done before. But wasn't the cover different? Maybe the one you posted is from the promotional copy...

In fact, DiGiorgio is a "special guest" in DI; I recall an interview where he stated that the guys from Quo Vadis had asked him if he wanted to participate in the recording of the album, playing all the basslines of the record.
