How do you change your nickname while keeping the same profile? Should I write to the editors or the webmasters? I've put up with Carry On, but this... I can't take it, it's too much. I'm starting to feel a bit embarrassed...

Instead, I would like to wrap them around his throat and squeeze tight.. I’ve read a ton of reviews on Scream, all of them harshly critical. Not a single positive one. And I also read that, according to Mr. Cornell, this would be the best work he’s ever done. Louder Than Love, Ultramegaok, Badmotorfinger, Superunknown, and Temple of the Dog don’t even compare.. But come on! He should shove his Timberland hands up his ass!

@Black: I had read that comment (of common sense) too, and I laughed for a whole week. I hope the next step isn't Chris Cornell feat. Britney Spears or worse, feat. Laura Pausini. The ultimate would be Chris Cornell feat. Gigi d'Alessio. There's really no limit to pop, because you can do all the nonsense that comes to your mind. If they manage to bring him back, we want you at the festival bar and at Music Farm..

And I also strengthen the average of this crap album. Chris, honestly: FUCK YOU, SCREAM AND TIMBERLAND! What’s the point of the album cover, I wonder? They should have smashed that guitar over your head.

@GRANT: I would find Chris Martin turning to speed metal more credible. I spent years following Cornell both with Soundgarden, which I adored and listened to until exhaustion, and with Audioslave, whose first album I appreciated, but a little less so with the other two. I consider Temple of the Dog a masterpiece of hard rock, worthy of standing in the pantheon of sacred monsters. I still listen to Euphoria Morning today with extreme pleasure; I thought Carry On was just a bump in the road. When I listened to some tracks from this Scream, I understood what it means for a die-hard fan to feel deeply betrayed and messed with. A bit like after Metallica's "Black Album." Disconcerting and disheartening. What I think I've expressed in my review of Scream, and I was softhearted about it... Chris, I'm telling you from the bottom of my heart: FUCK YOU!

I'm not pulling your leg, far from it, considering that since you're taking lessons, you surely know much more than me (especially about the change of register, which still feels very tricky to me). Boyd may have studied a lot too, who knows? And it doesn't surprise me at all, given his absolute mastery in sound emission and the perfect musicality of his voice (You’re absolutely right about that). I thought the same, but it's said he’s mostly self-taught (I don’t fully believe this). If there’s one singer I hate, who I absolutely think is terrible, it’s Kiedis, a mutt like few others.. He’s embarrassing live. Bono is also said to be unfamiliar with any singing lessons: I could believe that in the early days with U2, but he must have done something along the way; he certainly had the money for it, although his is a natural gift.. De Leo is monstrous, but someone told me he loses it a lot live. Tim is the undisputed king; at times, I even prefer him to Stratos, but.. Question: why Adam Duritz? Thanks for the constructive discussion.. Bye.. P.S.: The really good one is Kennedy from Alter Bridge, monstrous live.
