Anyway, it wasn’t that commercial in the 80s: sure, there were operations made just to make money (Aerosmith & Run DMC), but it’s always been like that since the world began! There have always been commercial groups and those who, on the other hand, don’t care about the market! And remember that in those years there were the Public Enemy who, in my opinion, were anything but commercial! Bye bye

Fossati is a great singer-songwriter who has made wonderful songs (those from the album La pianta del té) and has never settled for easy success (La mia banda suona il rock, La suonata at a single concert). However, his skill goes hand in hand with his arrogance (Divento ogni giorno più colto, porco puffo), and therefore I give him no rating! The review is very nice.

I thank Iside for noticing the mistake (unfortunately, after sending it, I didn't check it again)! Anyway, Fosca is right: perhaps to be fairer to the subsequent works, I should have given it a bit less, but now... It's also advisable to listen to "sons and fascination/sister feelings call," which is nothing more than the album that encompasses both phases of Simple Minds: the first being more experimental and the second more accessible but still wonderful (if not more beautiful than the first).
