I know it might sound silly, but when I watch this film, I get a terrible lump in my throat. The first time I saw it, I even got emotional (there's a piece of the soundtrack that drives me crazy...oh god how I love it!!!). Immense Truffaut.

What’s on this record has been recycled from a fair number of little bands (inininini) over the last few years. Anyway, aside from the incredibly important influence it had on what came after, Marquee Moon is extraordinary to me.
