Come Near Life Experience
Voto:
I hope you enjoyed it... but what a lot of mental gymnastics! It's a review; if you like it, I'm happy, otherwise, oh well. By the way, I’d like to understand why you think I approached the topic with "apparent" superficiality... Oh well.

"Does 'The Brothers Karamazov' have an anti-religious intent? But have you ever read it? Do you have the slightest idea of Dostoevsky's thoughts? Aside from this outburst, the review is good..."

Vince Gilligan Breaking Bad

You had me glued to the screen... And I believe it will be the same for the series!

I will whip myself ten times for being so stupid as to not come.
Jerry Schatzberg Panico A Needle Park
Voto:
Certainly ahead of its time. Today it feels a bit aged, with a few too many slowdowns. Great Pacino, very young but already full of talent. The scene where Helen prostitutes herself with a boy is anthology-worthy. Kudos to you for the choice.
Robert Johnson King of the Delta Blues Singers
Voto:
The Homer of the Delta. The Odyssey of the Blues.
Woody Allen Scoop
Voto:
The one saving the film is Woody, still on form. Nothing else. Both Jackman and Johansson are unbearable and the London setting leaves me puzzled. But at least it’s not Vicky Cristina Barcelona...
Wong Kar-Wai 2046
Voto:
Superior to "Days of Being Wild" and slightly inferior to "In the Mood for Love." Bold in telling the story of love without fear of breaking the mold. Recommended (but only after watching ITMFL).
Ingmar Bergman L'uovo del Serpente
Voto:
I miss this... I had heard it referred to as Bergman's lowest point, but based on your review, I have to reconsider. For now, "The Passion of Anna" is the one I've liked the least among all of them. I will give this one a try as well.
