The genre isn't one of my favorites... But that cover is really too enticing.
Jakob Dylan Women + Country
Voto:
I believe that if I were Dylan's son, I would turn to cinema or electronic music... A bit like Lucien Freud.
Howlin' Wolf Howlin' Wolf

Well, this is a must, no bullshit.
The Stooges My Girl Hates My Heroin
Voto:
I open the DeB page, I see the Stooges, I see there's supersoul... Oh no, I’m going to vote for this first and then I'll read it.
Funkadelic Standing On the Verge of Getting It On

Yes Bender, from Chuck Berry to The Black Keys, they should all pay royalties to Muddy Waters.
Jack Kerouac I Sotterranei
Voto:
To appreciate Kerouac, one needs time; you have to learn to know him, to immerse yourself in his world... By now, I consider him an acquired relative... However, I understand that it's difficult at first. It's better to start with "On the Road" and "The Dharma Bums."
Jack Kerouac I Sotterranei
Voto:
Kerouac is one of the best, unfortunately trapped in the cliché of a pre-hippie writer for "alternative" teenagers. In reality, there is much more; there is TRUE spirituality in his writings, passion, and above all, pain. I haven't read this in quite a while, but back then it had favorably impressed me. But "Desolation Angels" cannot be beaten.
Come Near Life Experience
Voto:
However, things haven't been written randomly. There's a good part of my personal experiences (but that would take a while). Maybe that's why I feel it so close to me.

BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL. I don't know... I felt my heart expand and fill up all at once. I don't know the record, but the cover reminds me of Faust IV. And, again, I don't know why, and I don't even want to know, but I feel that it promises sooo much good.

Paraphrasing, "It's a sad and beautiful movie." But "Dead Man" does not compete.
