I'm not really on board with the part "Now you understand, my friend...". There are all kinds of pains and tragedies, and it's not necessarily true that if they go through beatings and bullets, they have some sort of higher value. It seems stupid to me. Then again, who knows, maybe you are right.
Anyway, beautiful page.

You are great as always.
Obituary Don't Care

Despite everything, it's impossible not to love Obituary. "Don't Care" was the first death metal video (and consequently, the first song) I ever heard.
Various Artists Earache presents Earplugged Vol. 1
Voto:
Digby Pearson saw it coming. Even though the Bolt Thrower say he's an asshole. I recommend everyone check out the new Full Dynamic Range releases from Earache. Basically, they are the classics from the bands that made the label's history, cleaned up from all the shitty remasterings (or first masterings) they had over the years, as a consequence of the Loudness War.

I like your literary reviews. I'm taking notes.
Slayer Repentless

Great review, if only there were more at this level. I like when you talk about your 11 years. I’ll hardly listen to the album, Slayer are great but it’s really time to retire. Araya seems completely worn out, even in interviews. I've never liked King.

Very good! I will listen.
Neutral Milk Hotel In The Aeroplane Over The Sea

I am convinced that most of the people who criticize this album do so based solely on hearsay. A statement like "It's a hipster/loser indie record" says a lot. Before speaking, one must understand (and understanding doesn't mean having casually heard 4 or 5 songs once). Otherwise, it's better to stay silent.

Errata Corrige: Fear Of God have a website, which is quite well done, and from there you can download a decent amount of material in wav format, including the related covers. The address is FEAR OF GOD
