Thanks for the advice... I know these groups, not very well obviously, and maybe that's why I'm not interested in them... they have been spokespersons for a historical situation that doesn't closely relate to me, and it seems difficult to understand them not just musically... anyway, I'll try anyway!.. now I’m off to study because I have to prepare a ton of exams for uni... if you're interested, you can read my reviews on Courtney Love and Hole, where despite the topic, I explain a bit of concepts about rock... cool!

Well, it's obvious, but maybe when you choose what your favorite band is, besides the music itself, you are attracted to something more... and this something more, in my opinion, is precisely that human side and that love for music, which, as far as the Nirvana are concerned, is quite evident... at least for me... currently rock bands sound amazing but are completely anonymous... think of the White Stripes... excellent, but if you want, boring and lacking interest...

punk rock groups.. Hole, the Distillers, the Strokes, Franz Ferdinand, Smashing Pumpkins, Pixies.. anyway, it's a lot.. I can't give you a list, it would be too long and, to say the least, absurd... lately, I've been liking Babyshambles.. but my favorite band is Hole. I think you can't talk about music without considering the human side... otherwise, music would just be technicality.. a practical exercise.. for me, it’s not like that.

oh...sorry Lux, but I think that to talk about Nirvana you need to know them deeply because it's easy, with a band that has been talked about so much, to be influenced by various and misleading interpretations...you know, I too, when I was younger, more immature, criticized Nirvana for what emerged from an outward perspective...I didn’t even consider them that good. then I got to know the person of Kurt Cobain and I realized that to understand Nirvana you don’t even need to care about their music (which, in my opinion, I haven't found anything better in rock)...there's a whole humanity, a feeling, a passion behind the things that Nirvana did that I don't see in any other artist.. that's why it annoys me when people like Fabri Fibra come out with this bullshit...well, I guess I'm sick...don't worry.

Oh Lux, what do you know about Nirvana?...what do you know about grunge?...have you read some teen magazine about it?...leave it, it's all too highbrow for you...

Exactly, Kayla... it was you who said that different things can't be compared... I asked him that question not because it seems impossible to me; I myself listen to rock and hip hop together... I simply wanted to know if there was a particular reason...

When I say compare, I don’t mean to establish whether one is better than the other or not... I mean to say that between such different genres you can find common concepts and ideals... for example: punk in '77 was against the system just like rap in the '90s is against the system... do you understand?!...

chaos came to my city, you know, when I didn't even know him... and I didn't even pay attention to him... what an idiot!

yeah, whatever, Kayla from the illiterate series: I asked her why she liked Fabri Fibra and at the same time Nirvana... I would never dream of comparing Kurt to Fibra... and even if I did, who said that different genres can't be compared, Jesus maybe...?

I discovered that between Kurt's purity and the desperate search for purity, because that’s basically what it is, of hip hop, there isn't much difference... see kaos... for me it's even more exciting than Kurt... incredible..
