and probably the topic, that is Berlusconi, had already annoyed me. I didn’t take that movie well, in short. It's a pointless film. Much more useful are the French and American documentaries on the little man, much more enlightening ;-)

I'm not judging the caiman poorly just based on the timing of its release. I expected Moretti to show greater indifference toward the dwarf; honestly, he disappointed me right from the start, and the film was boring. I'm sorry, but that's how I feel. Someone else could have made that film; Moretti shouldn't have bothered, he was wrong.

I don't know, I didn't like that movie, and it came out at a time when gossiping about Berlusconi, or at least discussing him, was already stale and shooting at a sitting duck.

One gets involved in politics the moment they join a party and run for an election. Moretti doesn't do politics in the true sense of the term; he is merely politically aligned, but this shouldn't influence artistic judgment in my opinion. I know a lot of people on the right who say his films are terrible. Of course, it's difficult to avoid underlying prejudices when it comes to Moretti, and his personality certainly doesn't help, being so egocentric in his films. Perhaps for me, who has been apolitical for a while now, it's easy to appreciate him. Horrible, on the other hand, is Il Caimano, what a misstep, my goodness!

very evocative, fairy-tale gloomy, I listened to it recently. your review is excellent and perfectly captures the essence of the album and the music of these artists. it was terrifying to see this record in the French Pop category.
