Paul Simon Still Crazy After All These Years
Voto:
You're right, Cruciani, the eponymous song is beautiful, as is "My Little Town." In short, for me, it’s perfect, one of the happiest moments of Paul Simon's solo work. "One Trick Pony," for example, doesn't measure up; I find it boring.

I agree with the reviewer who defines this album as one of the highlights of Italian prog, especially in "animale senza respiro," in my opinion. If it weren't for the excessive folk in "Oro Caldo," I would have given it a 5.

"Green" I repeat has ruined my average for the album. It's out of place, it's trivial, the lead singer's voice doesn't convince me.

Hi Dave, I listened to the album in question. So: "verde" I don't like, too pop, if you allow me the term. "capita" and "aria" and "mele-impressioni-io e me" are very nice. At times they reminded me of ELP, at other times Genesis, and in others vaguely the early Van der Graaf. They are more "light" than Osanna anyway.

Spanish progressive rock? I wouldn't have imagined it. "A very complex and extravagant music with electronic synthesizer inserts." Very interesting. "A rock truly dedicated to classical and the passion for impossible performances." Even more interesting. Yes, you've convinced me.
