Yes, your point of view is also valid, but let me reiterate, films like Profondo Rosso are not meant to be realistic; they aim to entertain the audience for a couple of hours while raising their adrenaline. Some thrillers do this with dignity, while others less so, but that's the essence of thriller/horror. Then, thanks to Il Silenzio degli Innocenti, the genre has elevated to a more prestigious and realistic level, if we may say so.

I apologize for interrupting the discussion about whether the character from "calamai" could realistically manage to kill people much younger than herself, but I remind you that a violent psychopath can possess strength that exceeds their usual capabilities, especially under high emotional stress. Moreover, this character cleverly terrified the victim with tricks and various songs before killing them. And then, one cannot expect to seek plausibility in thrillers like "Profondo Rosso."
