pretty, first of all, thank you for your much appreciated comment. I’m not familiar with the groups you mentioned regarding the influences of black and Caribbean music, but I approached the review, let’s say, in a retrospective way, and I swear, I had never heard anything like it. :-)

I would like to clarify that I wrote 24 years ago because I listened to the album for the first time in '83; it was released in '80 in very few copies, and I didn't even know it existed. I forgot to mention the chilling and ironic "charlie don't surf"; I wanted to add it last night before posting, but I forgot.

torre ste, I’d like to give you a suggestion that came from a sweet, wise, and knowledgeable guy: don’t get discouraged by bad grades, you should know that here daring to review Led Zeppelin is an impossible task, reserved only for pompous know-it-alls whose main hobby is to tear apart those who don’t think like them. And then, it doesn’t matter if you do a track-by-track analysis under the microscope or just mention a song briefly, the inquisition looms inexorably and please, don’t express personal opinions by saying you like one song less than another: it’s a serious offense!!! Finally, quoting the cheerful rollercoaster, I tell you: let’s drop all these dirigibles and run away together! :-D
