I saw and got to know them live a few years ago, and they made quite an impression despite the genre, which, although eclectic, doesn't really attract me that much (in fact, I haven't listened to the album).

I agree, but I'm not really fond of them.

I also prefer the first two and (here the insults will rain down) Head Music. Anyway, a track like "By The Sea" is among my favorites from their repertoire. I like the more "commercial" structure of some songs, but Brett seems almost like a woman at certain moments... :)

Without a question mark... actually, I'll make about 30 of them myself...

But how dare they? Only one band is allowed to call themselves "Iron," and that’s the legendary Iron Maiden. As a sign of protest, how about 50 reviews in a row on Iron Maiden? :P

May the goddess of grammar forgive me for any omitted commas and the like :)

Yes Target, upon rereading, I realized that it was your personal feeling :) I'm the one who, whenever I can (almost never alas :P), shows off a bit :) As for the political discourse... well... I also thought ''man, it’s a drag talking about politics all the time.'' I haven't even finished saying it when Lifeblood comes out (a veeeery intimate album). After all, I have nothing to say, I’m among the few who talk about it with knowledge of the facts (so to speak: it’s too easy to say that Bush is an asshole). @Shermanoaks: I partly agree, among the three it’s the one I prefer the least, but indeed they are all very different albums, hard to make an adequate comparison. At most, if I were to venture a guess, one could say that Know Your Enemy is a ''synthesis'' of The Holy Bible and This Is My Truth :) Cheers!

Uhm...yes, the structure of the riff is very similar, the melody is different :) I agree with c'è also on the review.
