In short... the review is excellent, well-argued, clearly and absolutely smoothly written... that's why it's a 5... But... come on... Elvis the Pelvis in Memphis is untouchable... I mean... you can't criticize the innovators, even if they are just innovators of commerciality and mass distribution... you can't criticize those who, despite their artistic simplicity, have brought a certain way of playing and making music to the wide audience... Elvis influenced everything... much of today’s and yesterday's music wouldn’t even exist without Elvis... in short... the first massified example of the transition between "black" music and mass rock'n'roll... sure... some did it much better during the same period, but importance isn't only determined by quality... in short... 5 for the review and 5 for the artist and great preacher Elvis.
