Personally, I visit Debaser to discover new bands that might interest me, not to read the same review of the same albums 4 or 5 times... (There are several magazines on the newsstands covering the same topics, but the newsagent doesn’t take away space from current affairs magazines to favor 30 magazines that talk about football... and even if they did, it wouldn’t be right)... sorry for the rant... until next time.

So... first of all, I have a bad feeling about the fact that in your recent comments you voted for your own review... then... I still believe that you haven't read that famous post I was talking about... so let me summarize part of the concept, still inviting you once again to read it carefully... if everyone thought like you (that is, with the conviction that if you don’t want to read duplicates, just don’t read them), in a few days DeBaser would be flooded with duplicate reviews that most of the time add nothing new (and I assure you, I would also like to review albums that are already present)... the average reviewer on DB (what a terrible term) might make an effort to find something new to review, strives to write a decent review, and perhaps researches and listens to the album a million times... then maybe they have the bad luck that their review is not chosen by the editors to be placed in the column dedicated to regular reviews... suddenly, however, millions of duplicate reviews pop up on Queen, Iron Maiden, Pink Floyd, etc., and the poor reviewer’s review gets immediately overshadowed by a multitude of duplicates, and maybe someone who would have been interested in it can’t read it, finding only reviews of artists they are already tired of reading in depth... then it would become: "DeBaser, a container of reviews about the usual 4 cats made by those who want to"... and that’s what I meant by a lack of respect... respect for those who may be less committed than you but still try to be original in their choices...

So, anonymous, and shrewd ILM... I absolutely LOVE the groups you mentioned (by the way, the most commonly cited and known)... but that doesn't mean I limit myself to them when I want to listen to rock-hard rock-metal or whatever... your opinion is that Def Leppard aren't on their level? And who cares... I never said otherwise, it's just that I don't have these "problems" and I don't compare every group to the rock legends... with this review, I just aimed to contextualize the band in the period when they exploded... for me, Def brought a breath of "freshness," for you, no... so what??? Do you really have to come and disturb me??? Honestly, from the few and (forgive me for saying) childish comments you left, I believe that you don't know Def Leppard at all or you know them very superficially... anyway... stick to your opinion, who cares... just don't come (as anonymous) here to break my balls with the attitude of "I know everything and you don't understand a thing"... with this, I hope the discussion is closed once and for all... thanks.
