Wow... and I listened to it with sooo much indifference at your place... I'll make up for it! Great review, at this point I would like to review the triple CD "sequenzas" by Luciano Berio, brought to me as a gift from London by my brother (cursing the Almighty, just to stay on the religious theme...) at my request: Yes, I’ll do it! Give me three years to listen to it and understand it well...

a new lesson in style! while waiting to continue the 'venetization' course, I bow with reverence! (it doesn't matter that you don't know who the MC5 were, it must have surely been a terrible concert...)

Sure, original review deserving of praise for the chosen subject, a little vague in describing the Captain's 'cubist' blues (even if to be honest, this album is closer to a peculiar garage-psych-rock...). I apologize if I may come off as a bit presumptuous, I don't know... but I love Beefheart (his music-art);)

Well, I once again endorse psycho's 'first' judgment... As for the second, I’ll say that you didn't give "trout..." enough time; it's a true brick, yes, but because of that you need to give it a few more listens. It started to grow on me after several months and has become one of my favorite albums (even though it's still impossible to digest it all at once). 'safe...' is as beautiful as it is 'dry', but it's the least original among the Captain's 'great' records. "clear spot/spotlight kid" is very enjoyable, it has great tracks, but they're both a bit 'clean', you can tell he was seeking some recognition... Anyway, Captain Beefheart and his Magic Band are absolute monsters!
