Look Gemini, I wrote in the review that I don’t like this genre either, because, except for RARE cases, I’ve always found it to be very self-referential and not very original. Of course, there are valid bands in there too (like Cephalic Carnage), but the rest are all copies of their predecessors (I don’t even like Cannibal Corpse, who are considered among the founders of brutal-gore).

Smasher, the phrase was meant ironically, fortunately I’m still young, I just turned 20 :-) The problem is that I feel old because after constantly hearing the same names coming from the mouths of my ex-metalhead friends, I've grown a beard as long as a highway. Anyway, yes, Japanische Kampfhorspiele and Trap Them will be coming soon, but please, let me have some more fun, the urge is strong :DD

Ah! Finally, a tantalizing and comprehensive review of a brand new album hot off the press! Just what we needed!

The new one is very nice too, even if they put aside the industrial experimentation of previous works; it sounds more stripped-down and direct. Anyway, great band, it's just a pity they have a name that immediately suggests something pornographic, but they asked for it too :D

Thank you too, Extro :)

No, no clean vocals and choruses like Finley. It's brutal death with the classic rhythmic breaks of mosh-core (aka deathcore), but at least there's not a trace of Finley. Still, avoid them :)

Beautiful Bonny! Tepes was a true metalhead, and you could tell; perhaps he would have disagreed with my review knowing his tastes. Not being a metalhead myself, I have very different ears from his, for him this CD could be a masterpiece. Next critique: Annotations Of An Autopsy.
