No, that's not right to say certain nonsense, the best of the Roxy is a couple of pricks.

Roxy Music Avalon

it is certainly not the masterpiece of Roxy Music, the first two are from another planet and saying that makes it clear that you don't really understand rock very well, but even the third, Stranded, is better than this.

Involuted and black as pitch, I must say I preferred Van der Graaf; in my opinion, as a solo artist he has almost never managed to channel that unsettling and theatrical metaphysical glimmer that we heard on Pawn Hearts. Anyway, an honest musician who, over the years, has increasingly turned inward, but with Van der Graaf he was monstrous.
Pink Floyd The Dark Side Of The Moon

It's not true that it is largely due to Waters, dear Dave Jon. Waters took control starting in 1977, but The Dark Side shows the band still united, and its success is due to a team spirit. The sung parts are the prerogative of Gilmour, Wright wrote "The Great Gig in the Sky" and co-wrote other tracks. In short, there is a division of contributions that contradicts your statement that the album is the result solely of Waters' mind. From Animals onwards, maybe, but before that, the Floyd were united. Anyway, I'm fed up with all this talk about this album. It's great, sure, but enough already with the endless reviews that add nothing to the record, on the contrary, they amplify its inaccuracies.
Smashing Pumpkins Adore

adore is nothing but the continuation of the sensational ballads and enchanting lullabies in three-fourths of melon collie, but I am far from considering them leftovers; more pianos, more electronics, this is the true epitaph of this great band, they should have disbanded after this.
Tool 10.000 Days

vicarious is a copy of schism, which you can find on lateralus, year 2001, so it's a dull copy of a song offered 5 years earlier. Everyone manages to make pieces that are photocopies of others released in the past. I repeat, you are very young in terms of age and you shouldn't be so arrogantly stubborn with someone who has known the band since 1993 and advises you to listen to the 3 previous tool albums before you speak. I'm saying this only for your own good.

Well, it's true what the anonymous person above says; it takes a lot of courage to speak ill of albums like Aenima and Lateralus without providing an explanation of what makes those albums invalid. It's too easy, as Sfascia did, to say they are overrated—an hour and a half of stratospheric music dismissed with three simple words. They are overrated; that’s why some people justifiably get angry. I got angry too, and I’m not even a die-hard fan. Even Scaruffi acknowledges the greatness of Lateralus. So, Sfascia, explain what exactly is wrong with them. If you just don’t like the genre (even though Tool isn’t confined to just one genre since they explore metal, prog, psychedelia, tribal, hard rock), then say that they are distant from your taste, but refrain from calling them crap albums.
