I take this opportunity to let you know that the review of "The Yellow Shark" by Frank Zappa and "Songs From The Crystal Cave" by Steven Seagal are also mine.

I am a convinced Barrettian; in fact, I also listen to his solo works, which are exceptional! I have also reviewed the first of the Floyd under the name "Luca."

I like everything by Floyd except "A Momentary Lapse Of Reason". But my favorites are "The Piper At The Gates Of Dawn," "Atom Heart Mother" (even if the Floyd themselves weren't very fond of it), and "The Wall." I'm not crazy about "Animals," "The Division Bell," and "The Final Cut," but they are still good.

So you didn't get it! I hate "Paradigm shift" by Liquid Tension Experiment because it's too fast! How can you say that speed excites me? Anyway, the combination of Vai-speed could only come from someone who doesn't know Vai.

You say I like speed, but if my favorite band is Pink Floyd! You say I love technique, but I detest everyone who says that music must be instrumental (I also love certain electronic music that doesn’t require instrumentalists, just a computer)! I couldn’t care less about the execution! I’m interested in ideas, and Fripp doesn’t have any! He can only appeal to the same type of individual who also likes Porcupine Tree, King Crimson, or whatever! This is nonsense, it's not an opinion, it's an undeniable truth.

I didn’t dismantle it, it’s you who didn’t understand what I wanted to say. You dismantled your own claim to come here and tell us what music is or isn’t.

Still with this speed story! Listen, do me a favor, go take a look at the albums I've reviewed and tell me if you think I'm a tech nerd! Pretend you don’t understand what we’re saying! It’s you who sees only the technique in Vai! So the most logical conclusion for you is to think that we like the technique, but in reality, we appreciate aspects of his music that you don’t see!

The judges ARE the people. They are an appendage of the people, a tentacle of the mass that has elevated itself above the others. Rough people like everyone else, but they play at being intellectuals. And then the awards are rigged for commercial purposes. The people are always involved! The very idea of an award for a work of art is an expression of popular crudeness; it is nothing more than a spectacle to entertain the common folk.

She shows off when it comes to her look, the artwork of her CDs, etc. However, her music is serious. It's surrounded by a sheen of frivolity and silliness because she needs to sell, but the musical output remains top-notch.

I mentioned the Oscar as an example because it is an award tied to public approval.
