Jethro Tull Live/Bursting Out
Voto:
Great Anderson, another splendid review. To say that this album is extraordinary is still an understatement! Speechless...
Uriah Heep Abominog
Voto:
Well... in my opinion, Sloman has a really nice voice. Unfortunately, it's quite (or rather totally, I would say) out of place in the Uriah Heep context! I see that I'm one of the few who liked this album... and I'm sorry because, from my point of view, it deserves recognition. The post-Byron Heep are not dead; it’s just that they alternate good moments with worse ones! - I apologize to the readers for the somewhat lacking review, but it was one of the first (the second to be precise) and I didn't have a good method yet... Regards!

But Iside, you have to understand that Poletti is right: he learns all his knowledge from well-known and comprehensive encyclopedias. Not like us poor fools who still listen to CDs and get informed from little books :-)))))))

The Doors Absolutely Live
Voto:
Great live show... the Doors have an explosive energy in concert!
Pink Floyd Meddle

Extraordinary album, one of my favorites from their discography. Unmeasurable "Echoes" and "One Of These Days"... the central songs, unfortunately, have been unjustly forgotten by many.

A discreet album this "The Works". What I like least are the overly flat drums and the overly technological arrangement (equally flat). A production similar to that of "A Kind Of Magic" would have enhanced its qualities more… but as it is, in some parts (like, for example, "Machines," which has high potential but is poorly utilized) it leaves me a bit disappointed…

A good album... even if it’s not one of the band’s peaks, it’s pleasant to listen to. The songs structured in the form of "traditional song" are excellent... while the typical instrumental soundtracks don’t excite me much.
Michael Jackson Invincible
Voto:
This "Invincible" has never said much to me... For me, Jackson's career could very well have ended with the good "Dangerous". Since '91, amid accusations of pedophilia and various other quirks (like the one about <<sbiancarsi>>), he has fallen into a chasm both psychologically and creatively. Even with the unreleased tracks on "Hi-Story," he didn't thrill... here we are at even lower levels. He may have sold 10 million copies, but nothing will go down in history (for example, I had to listen to it again before giving this rating: the only thing I remembered was a great sense of dissatisfaction). Rating for the album: 2... only out of respect for the (old) Michael Jackson - Excellent and very detailed review, even though I don’t agree on some points.
