Although I prefer the less prog period (that is, the one after Morse's departure), I must admit that this album is indeed listenable... but it is definitely frayed and lacking cohesion. There are some noteworthy moments: for example, I really appreciate "Is This Love?" and "They Know We Know". The rest doesn’t shine... I hope they get back on track soon.

Nice review Pib, short (or is the new microscopic layout making it seem short?) but well done as always. I listened to some of his songs on YouTube out of curiosity... musically, it gives me quite the chills. Sorry!

Pleasant... good old-fashioned rock, yet they didn’t captivate me that much. Excellent "Satan's Finest," along with another couple of great tracks (e.g. "Lost In Confusion" and "As The Years Pass By"). The rest is average for me, a good average nonetheless. - Great review, both because it’s well-written... and, especially, because it doesn’t offer the usual well-known stuff!

The review itself wouldn't be too bad... but there are some pretty clear inaccuracies (which frankly I can't understand if they're due to lapses or to a decidedly confusing writing of the review). The fact is that [1] in "Time And A Word" Wakeman plays and Moraz is not present... [2] the same for "Don't Kill The Whale", although you correct yourself later; [3] the concert is not entirely recorded in '76 as you say in the first paragraph (and, again, a few lines later you contradict yourself). In short, if someone didn't know the album, they would understand very little. --- Back to the album... great collage of live performances, with excellent performances by the band. A solid 4 stars! For the complete comment, I refer to the other excellent review that was already there!

I listened to it some time ago, and it didn't impress me at all (in fact, I completely forgot about it)... I remember that, apart from that couple of precious tracks that Bowie always includes, it was far from fulfilling.

A stratospheric album, featuring anthology tracks of rock. How can one not be impressed by the power generated by the opening duo "Black Dog" + "Rock'n'Roll"! "Stairway To Heaven" I think needs no introduction... among my favorites, I also highlight "Going To California." - My favorite by the Zep, however, remains II. Great review!
Soft Cell Heat: The Remixes

I admit I know them from "Tainted Love"... I'll try to listen to some of their early stuff whenever I get the chance (I'm not a big fan of remixes).
Black Sabbath Feat. Tony Iommi Seventh Star

For me, this album doesn't rise much above three stars... nice and pleasant, but the great albums of Sabbath are quite different. If one wants to find an excellent record from the lesser-known part of this band's career (that is, the non-Ozzy and non-Dio period), I would go straight for "Born Again." Here, they lose a bit...

I completely share the opinion expressed by Telespallabob regarding this review... an extra point for the choice of the album and for the fact that you are relatively new, so an incentive is needed. - Back to the album... it is really well done, even though it loses almost all the new-wave sounds that had characterized this band. A record specifically created to capture as many listeners as possible (but that's not necessarily a bad thing when things are done well!)
ProjeKct Four West Coast Live

Great review, short but well done... it gets straight to the heart of the matter. Honestly, even though I am a huge fan of Fripp and company, these ProjeKCts have never particularly impressed me. Among the four, I think (and I emphasize "think" as it's been quite a while since I last listened to them) that the first and this fourth are the best. The best track in here, for me, is "ProjeKction," which is the basis for what will become "Into The Frying Pan."
