Perhaps Korn doesn't realize that they are clogging the site. Perhaps they don't realize that by doing so, they have a negative impact on the albums, making them hateable by association... It’s no coincidence that this album received an average of 4.65 and 4.60 (if I'm not mistaken) in the two previous reviews: here, aside from their self-vote, no one has voted for it.
