I'll tell you what didn't work: the polar freeze! Even we from the far north were cringing from the cold and I understand how the sparse audience was saddened by the melancholic monologues of the alcoholic Aidan. We were there right at 7:00 PM: tickets bought from those thieves at TicketOne; afternoon sauna in the car to get to Urbino from Bozen; a frugal dinner with the legendary crescia (I don't think it's as good as Cleo & co.'s) and "Non Voglio Che Clara" in the background. Halfway through the "Tunng" concert (we also appreciated the singer's dress) we escaped under some kind of tent. For "We are The Scientists," we stoically returned to the stage, still enjoying the sound from the excellent system. Nothing new, you say: Ok. I appreciated the bass (or the bassist?) and the singer did his duty too. As for Arab Strap, I must say that unfortunately, the concentration had vanished into thin air, petrified by the cold. Next year, windbreaker and boots.

What a beautiful place, what wonderful people. And I even found the review of Young Marble Giants. What more could you want from life?

What did I miss: Turkish dancing and G being mobbed by the crowds! Increeeedible!!! Come on, G, you’re a handsome man despite the "panzella"! I happily notice that it was the women who wrote the most relevant comments (besides mine, obviously) and perfectly reviewed the evening... But did Bad Timing do well? And was Mauro Pawloski as handsome as in Modena? ;-)
