I heard it.... amazing! There’s no valid method to describe it, it takes you on a journey that starts from airbag and touches the best destinations at karmapolice and no surprises; and unfortunately it ends at the tourist.
The tracks are all very, very beautiful; definitely one of the best albums I’ve ever listened to.

So... your point of view seems perfectly respectable to me, we just have different tastes; I see things one way and you see them another; de gustibus; however, you contradict yourself by saying they are great and then MUsic abuSE... the album may not be to your liking, but they are good; there's no denying it, music abuse is DEFINITELY too much; I like Origin a lot, very much; Showbiz is nice, but I think they took a step forward with the second album. I agree with you that if they were more independent, they would express their potential much better, but it's not that easy to be so...

Great album! Remarkable, I really didn't know it. Thanks to the reviewer who piqued my curiosity and to !?!?!?!? who helped me out! ;) Anyway, the album is really beautiful... but why only 6 tracks!? Well, anyway, it's a great album.

I don't know, I'm not on board with that... I read the review and deduced that the album couldn't be that great; I downloaded it anyway (and please don't tell me it's illegal), and I ignored it for a while; then, driven by curiosity and mixed comments, I listened to it a few more times... well, at first Cornell's voice seemed a bit disconnected from everything else, but that's not really the case; he gave new shape to Rage's music (which was already good), so you can't say it's lacking in ideas... great album.

I ended up downloading the album and I really liked it; not exactly from the first listen, but by the second one I was already captivated; and to think I wasn't expecting much, they really got me and surprised me with their music!

I don't understand about the illustrious Mr. Iko... I personally believe that Origin is a significant step forward compared to Showbiz; I can't consider five-minute songs to be commercial or that easy listening (as Iko says)... to me, it seems like a beautiful album (ORIGIN), songs like New Born, Bliss, and Futurism are not worthy of being insulted with the adjective "commercial"; that would be more appropriate for characters like Christina Aguilera, Mrs. Spears, and whoever else fits the list. As for Showbiz, on the other hand, it seems like a good record, not groundbreaking but still good...

Maybe I didn’t express myself well; I believe that until Californication the Red Hot albums were all decent (and even more than decent); I don’t intend to wait for the next album to judge this one, that would be ridiculous! However, since they don’t seem like a finished band to me, I think we should wait for the next album before declaring them dead! As for By The Way, I’ll repeat (I hope for the last time) that I really don’t like it, it’s just commercial pop and nothing more; oh, I think your judging the albums after BSSM as useless just because an album like that (BSSM) is almost impossible to replicate! In fact, it is impossible!

Absolutely agree that this last album sucks; and I don't like the new songs even live, and neither do they since when they played them they showed very little enthusiasm compared to those from Californication onwards! But you can't say that John is done because he plays amazingly, Flea has never stopped playing well, Chad is a good drummer, and Anthony, it's true that he sometimes goes off-key but that's part of his voice... so before judging, I'll wait for the album they will (hopefully) release in a couple of years; if this next one is also commercial rubbish, then yes, the Red Hot will be finished.

good job, rage!! I couldn't experience them in their best moment, but they've always intrigued me; this review convinced me and I downloaded the album... and from the very first minutes: amazing!

Damn Rivo, you're awesome!!! Anyway, I'm almost on the same page about jj72. But I don't think they bring any major news or that they're anything exceptional as your description might suggest! Anyway, a good album, even if the songs are quite (too?) similar to each other... RIVO RULES!
