You don't tell lies, you talk nonsense, it's different.

You're welcome, it's nice to compare notes first with other guitarists and then with civil people. Let's say I was quite disappointed by the discussion about G3 because it turned into a provocative and sometimes very offensive debate; anyway, these are the risks of talking sometimes with people who are either incompetent or rude.

I mean, I get angry when I read comments like: Michael Romeo is a legend, Moore is just okay.... Are we kidding???? As much as Moore isn’t my style of guitarist, you all know by now that I idolize Petrucci, but Moore objectively not only has a fascinating sense of music but also a technique that is truly exceptional. Michael Romeo is just a band guitarist; I don't believe he could say anything in a composition for solo guitar.

I would never compare Vinnie Moore to Michael Romeo. Moore has a style and class that is billions of times superior. The album in question I've always listened to very little, but you made me want to revisit it and re-evaluate it properly. Great review!

ou ou...careful with the terms because I’ve understood that on deBaser there are many people who offend by hinting at it through the lines. I agree with both ajeje and marco for simple reasons: I don't believe you can put Behetowen and DJ Francesco on the same QUALITATIVE level, at least for those who know the two "musics" in question, but of course the problem doesn't get solved because a fan of DJ will never understand what separates his idol from Behetowen. Judgments unfortunately never follow an objective logic but always follow a personal thought based on our experience and our preferences.
James LaBrie Elements Of Persuasion

Gildenlow? Kotipelto??????? some people dream of singing like LaBrie, and Geoff Tate even more, the Queensryche haven't done anything worthwhile since the masterpiece of Operation: Mindcrime. LaBrie may not be very versatile, but he has an extraordinary expressiveness. I really appreciate Gildenlow for his vocal versatility; he's excellent, but he's not comparable to James Kevin LaBrie. And I said "many bands," not just a few, because you only mentioned 3 big bands that, by the way, already have a good singer....

The only thing about Malmsteen that really bothers me technically speaking is the bending, especially those beyond the twentieth fret. They are not just any bends; Malmsteen tends to vibrate almost every note, it shows that he has a nearly "violinistic" style. Honestly, I would like to hear something from Uli John Roth; he did a G3 if I'm not mistaken, and having read here and there, it seems to me that he is an excellent guitarist. What do you recommend, I mean an album. Thank you.

There are 3 solos, one at the beginning, another around 3 minutes and 15 seconds, and the last one around 4 minutes and 55 seconds. It sounds like a tough piece.
