But I don't dispute tastes... we have examples of great music without apparent technique... but not with the Pooh!!!!!!

Anyway, Parsifal... you're downplaying metal and you shouldn't do that because all the greatest electric guitarists are from that genre (whether it’s prog, neoclassical, power, or simply instrumental metal)... In metal, you find the most inhuman techniques and players of the guitar (let's not forget jazz because jazz guitarists are monsters in a different way but just as much monsters...). Dodi wouldn't even be able to play a simple Metallica song. I believe I heard the solo album from my teacher some time ago (graduated from Lizard... I don't know if you're familiar with this renowned academy in Fiesole...) and we laughed for a while at that mess... please, don’t talk about guitar with me because I will tear you apart, it's not arrogance, I know what I'm talking about and I know billions of times more than you. Parsifal, don’t try to defend yourself anymore because you might screw up even more... also because you keep repeating the same things without having a real thesis to defend...

Beauty is subjective, period. Otherwise, there wouldn’t be taste, and we know that taste is subjective. We are not talking about art: art is objectively beautiful because it is art. Let me explain: a painting may be liked or disliked, but it is always something artistic and thus of value. Now, the beauty as it appears to our eyes is subjective: I like henger, some find it disgusting, but objectively it is an artist... perhaps henger isn’t the point... but it’s a strange artist, don’t you think?

Parsifal..you have deeply bored me..I can only talk to you about guitar stuff because you think you know so much..let's put it this way..I don’t even want to know Dodi because I don’t want to ruin my life seeing someone who can’t do shit..now argue as much as you want, I won’t talk to the failures (you called us failures) who believe in Pooh because you show mental closure. As for MisterNo..I’ll download those songs, let’s see what you mean by melody etc..anyway, partially you’re right, technique is basically just a tool to reach people and to write. Anyway, I’ll download that album and let you know, okay???

Unanimously, the absolute best is Wounded Land, but I liked this one a lot too.

In fact, Threshold are not young and they are not exactly a novelty... rather, they are an extremely important band for the genre known as prog metal... it’s a shame that few listen to this excellent group that has been active for almost 10 years, or maybe more.

Santana, in terms of historical importance, yes, he is great, but technically he’s not all that impressive...

Anyway... for those who want to get an idea of what I think... you can read my reviews currently on Debaser. I have recently reviewed, at the request of many, new bands such as Sun Caged, Enemynside, and bands like Threshold and Vanden Plas... so... (I know... I'm promoting myself...)

I have always been wise (but not very modest!!!!!!!!). Anyway, I always understand the fans, even though I consistently take the side of things done well technically. Everyone rightly thinks as they want... even a fan of POD could tell me that their band is the most astonishing thing in the world and that the guitarist of POD is the greatest virtuoso, just as Santana fans don't realize how pretentiously mediocre that ridiculous guitarist is... anyway... let's just say that in terms of taste, people tend to be narrow-minded; I might have made that mistake too (but when it comes to DODI... I'm not mistaken!!!!!!!)
