And anyway, I believe that a triplet and a sixteenth note are not the same thing. A sixteenth note consists of 3 groups of 2 notes, while two triplets are always six notes, but the execution is totally different, even if mathematically they are the same.

I say one thing: he definitely has speed. Perhaps he doesn't excel in the perfection of technique. The Legati do tend to get rather dirty. I wouldn’t compare his picking to Petrucci’s because they are two completely different ways of picking. The sweeps are ultimately always in major or minor, but speed, yes, he really has it. Here, however, I wasn’t talking about technique but about his approach to composition based solely on showcasing his abilities.
