If you want, I can list all the chords found in A Change of Seasons or Metropolis or Divine Wings of Tragedy or For the Love of God or any song I know... who wins??? But that’s not the point... the sequence is simple and trivial... that's all... whether it’s 4 or 20... it’s a trivial sequence.

Dear ones, the notes are, if altered, become 12, but according to the rules of contemporary music, there are microtones that expand the range of scales... what does it have to do with me thinking of myself? In a review, one cannot judge objectively, because why would you ever speak objectively about something you don't like or about something that must rely on your opinion???? Sweet sacrifice... where are the Seventh chords? And those diminished ones?.. the eleventh or fourth chords?... anyway... guys, go study, will you? Just a few harmonic minor scales, some melodic minor scales, some pentatonic scales, and a few modal scales... at least to know how to place your hands on a musical instrument... bah... I won't post anymore... those who appreciate my reviews will do so regardless of your attempts to belittle them... with respect always and anyway. Thank you for the time you have dedicated with such love to my cause... and I demonstrate that I am polite.

Anyway...we got your vote...there's no need to repeat it all the time...and we understand that you love the Eva so much that you want to raise the album's average and lower the review's...these are tricks that everyone on Debaser knows by now...

The review is written somewhat poorly, okay, (since these are still sporadic episodes and since my last reviews have always received excellent feedback). If for you the true connoisseurs of music have to think like you... okay!!!!! Then... who says that I haven't listened to the album multiple times? I have, and honestly my judgment has dropped a lot, since I liked it a bit on the first listen.
As for those who say to write better, feel free, there are countless people who write better than me, but they show it... you do it too, since you’ve validated yourselves on the site just to judge my work poorly! Good evening and enjoy listening to the album.

You said that if I had offended them I would have been upset, go ahead, but the offense must be reasoned. I didn’t offend the Eva... I judged them as a reviewer of this album (I’m not an idiot…!) You’re right that comparisons don’t work, I understand that you disagree with the review, and for me, I repeat, that’s perfectly fine, but you can’t jump into a conversation and say that no one understands a damn thing… because there are people who study this stuff here (like me) and I’m sorry, but after 10 years of study it irritates me to be told that I don’t understand a damn thing just because you’re attached to the Eva and because you like their album...

1) I didn't like the song "Cloud Nine" at all. Any problems?
2) My definition of beautiful music is not just catchy. Please, go study some music instead of following trends that vanish into thin air within a few years... Because that’s what we’re talking about: Evanescence started as a phenomenon... with the song "Bring Me to Life." It’s a mass phenomenon and nothing more, just like Linkin Park was with "In the End"... I'm sorry, but I CANNOT judge the quality of a band like that. Where is the technique? The inventiveness? The stylistic and compositional creativity? Explain it to me without talking about innovation with the usual 4 GROSS CHORDS.

The genre gthic mu metal I put to give a fairly broad indication of the genre. I don't define them as rock at all; they have strong Nu-Metal elements (more or less bass tunings or drop-D, typical rhythms of the genre). Moreover, they have many similarities with Lacuna Coil, (and don’t tell me otherwise.. my dear!!!!)

Dearest, you judge as fans... and that's perfectly fine! No problem.. but please.. recover a bit of education and read all, and I mean ALL, the comments above yours. I myself have stated that I wrote a not-so-great review and have even listed the reasons why... davegoth... no one can take away your right to be grateful to Evanescence. Then, regarding the definition of music, I repeat, darkassio, I don’t need to give further proof of my musical knowledge (not that I have much, but definitely more than those who jump into a review and rant without any understanding). Judge the music and don’t nitpick if I’ve made spelling or grammatical errors. Well, dear.. if you want, go ahead and insult my favorite bands: Dream Theater, Symphony X, Mr. Big, Dixie Dregs, etc.. but be careful, you need to prove to me that Evanescence are superior, please.. the floor is yours...
