Sorry.. but you’re pissing outside.. okay, I respect your opinion.. but you can't dismiss certain artists like that…!

Music is loved but also studied... otherwise, we could all become musicians... and that's not the case...! But why am I even talking about this!

I wouldn’t really consider them death... anyway... mingle with us, really, a lot!... I think they’re inferior to Wildhoney...

to my ears, they are quite similar in atmosphere, in rhythms, etc.. then, to your ears, everything might sound different!!!!

yet, honestly, I must say that I really appreciate Origin; there are good ideas that vary widely, ranging from the nu-metal of Whisper to the sweeter melodies of a softer, quieter version of Imaginary, small experiments with electronics (like synthesized drums) in Where Will You Go, the acoustic and thoughtful pop of Fields of Innocence, and one of the truly best songs, which is "Even in Death," also performed live... (damn... I don't really know Evanescence, do I?)

Doom?????...yeah, you described the characteristics well...but in a much more extreme way...for example, listening to the very first Paradise Lost...that's Doom! come on...those are minor solos...and then, in Fallen there are only 2 (or three, I don't remember well) one on Going Under and the other on Fallen...a bit few...but Moody was there, live Balsamo doesn’t even play them well...they're very simple solos...super simple...one solo I appreciated, very melodic, was that of Anywhere, from Origin, while Fields of Innocence is (in my opinion) a really poorly structured instrumental (to listen to a proper instrumental, check out Hell's Kitchen by Drem...!!!)...there are sporadic solos and they’re really of little account, very simple..well, then it gets technical...but...on the album there are at most 3 solos, and by my standards, that’s too few...! I believe that if a guitarist is good, they should show what they can do..!

but I never said that Björk doesn’t do electronic music!!!!!...arabe...and what does that have to do with folk? ..Indian...and what does that have to do with folk???...please come on...let's not search for genres to try to define the genre of Eva...come on...let’s just say it’s a kind of melodic rock-metal.

Well? A 7-minute song? Why? A 7-minute song can't be commercial...? I've heard and I LOVE songs that last 25 minutes (better, suites...)... Anyway, I see that the discussion has settled and we're reaching a common ground!
