Hello Tepes..great review and disappointing record

Terrible album for me. They wanted to create a much heavier record than usual. The result? Overheard rhythms, Allen strangely out of shape, and as usual, hideous solos by Romeo. The Train of Thought by Symphony X.

they may not have rewritten it from top to bottom... but surely many arrangements and scores are twisted... the very choice to distort the suggestive keyboard intro of Alt lys with the use of effects and various crap says a lot...

anyway.. fact is that Dimmu remain too great...

Apart from the fact that Stormblast from 2005 was not just re-recorded but completely rewritten... and it has lost a lot of its charm... really quite a lot... the songs are all altered...
