I borrowed an album from Napster with a beautiful cover, but it didn't really grab me (I don't even remember the title).

Anyway, the piano cover is not bad at all, and it manages to convey a good idea of the great beauty of the piece.

In my opinion, Be with me is Dennis Wilson's masterpiece; I personally find it hauntingly beautiful, perhaps I'm influenced by knowing about certain aspects of his past in certain environments...

I really appreciate that you reviewed this album, so a * is well-deserved, despite everything (more on that later) 🙂. Here are my notes: 1) The tense consistency in the first paragraph doesn't convince me... 2) You forgot to mention among the Oceanquello tracks the one that I believe is the masterpiece (of the album), if only for its musical and lyrical suggestion that permeates it, namely Time 3) Among the songs written by him, you didn’t mention at least two masterpieces, Little Bird and Be with me (which I don’t know why can’t be found on YouTube except for a piano cover), from 20/20.

That said, I have always thought that behind the robotic and soulless arrangements of Battisti's white albums lie some of the most beautiful harmonies and melodies of Lucio Battisti. I believed that time would give them their due credit, but I'm afraid that's not the case ☹

Beautiful review, congratulations. But please, editors, can you correct that "ritrare" at the end to "ritrae"?

After the Spinetta Jade (thanks Lao Tze) maybe I should balance it out with some growl, but I’m not sure if I can do it (even though Mantia's presence makes me curious) 😂

Thank you all. I reiterate that together with the third of the invisibles El jardín de los presentes and Artoud by Pescado Rabioso ("irregular" already from the original packaging of the vinyl version), this album definitely deserves a listen.

She has such an absurd and almost parodic way of singing that I like... And then Dente likes her too, and he’s someone who knows his stuff 🙂
