I confirm, the ending of "J.L.T." is wonderful (what could it mean?). It gives me the impression of a bird (or a man...) trying to take flight, repeatedly, flapping its wings vigorously (there's a sequence of notes that keeps repeating), each time managing to reach a slightly higher altitude (something is added to the initial sequence each time), but then always falling back down (always to the same initial note...). The rest is remarkable as well.

I think that alongside First Utterance by Comus, it's the most "unnerving" album I've had the chance to listen to, at least in the prog genre. And I'm not referring to the lyrics, but to the music and the tone of the singing.

This morning, when I read the review, I was thrilled; now, after the first listen, I’m a bit less enthusiastic… It seems to me like a lot of nice songs in the style of Smashing Pumpkins, but mannered and lacking in creative spirit. One awaits the true new melodic spark reminiscent of Billy Corgan’s early days, which, however, never arrives. Maybe I expected too much. Reading the review, it had everything to really appeal to me. What a shame. Perhaps with more listens it will grow on me, but not as much as I would have liked…
