Aside from this review, I've heard good things about it. I'll give it a try.
Nick Drake Tanworth-in-Arden
Voto:
Just one inaccuracy. The tape from which this CD was taken, if I remember correctly, was naively gifted by Drake's father to one of the very first fans pilgrimage to Tanworth in Arden, shortly after the son's death. From there, it spread in the form of a bootleg. For those looking for a specific biography of Nick Drake, I recommend "Le Provenienze dell'amore" by Pistolini. The review is excellent.

This record puts you to sleep. It's really made of nothing.

Dear (or dear Josi), as Zen masters teach, sometimes words simply do not suffice to describe reality (in particular, the one created by this disk). I can only tell you that one track (How Will I Know) works like this: a CD "discourses while singing" (the melody is very beautiful) about a popular belief that listening to extreme audio frequencies allows one to predict the future. In parallel, the other three play precisely those frequencies!!! Another track (Twenty-five thousand ..) has a beautiful melody (albeit a painful one) immersed in ambient noises of an airplane and generally of an airport (different for each CD) with the aim of depicting the situation (a suicidal pilot in flight due to an excess of responsibility towards the passengers) from various different perspectives (the suicidal pilot, the air traffic controller who, late at night, still monitors the radar screen in the hope of seeing the plane again). As you can see, it’s not easy to describe.
Muse Absolution

The Muse are, as usual, extremely artificial and hypertrophic. They only save themselves in the slow songs. Speaking of Radiohead-like bands, the best ones seem to me to be Elbow. Less affected and pretentious than Muse, less commercial and crowd-pleasing than Coldplay.
